Vynex runs a WhatsApp shift scheduling service for small businesses. This page explains what information is collected and how it is used.

What we collect

• Each worker's name, phone number, and role, as entered by their employer.
• The shifts a worker picked or was given, and requests for a swap or cover.
• WhatsApp messages sent and received through the service.
• The business owner's name and email, used to sign in.

How we use it

Only to build and manage the work schedule and to send messages about shifts. It is not used for marketing and is never sold.

Who we share it with

Providers that run the service: Twilio and WhatsApp (Meta) deliver messages, Supabase stores the data, Google helps understand free-text messages, and Vercel hosts this website. Some providers store data outside Israel.

Keeping, viewing, and deleting data

Data is kept while the business uses the service. You can ask to see, correct, or delete it.

Stopping messages

A worker who does not want messages can tell their employer or us, or block the number in WhatsApp.
